PHP developer job, off-site remote job, full-time perspective

I'm looking to hire a skilled PHP developer to work on a number of hosting related projects. This is initially a per-project opportunity but if you impress me enough, this could turn into a full time salaried position.

Requirements:
-3+ years PHP/MySQL development knowledge with rudimentary understanding of HTML/CSS for web front-end work
-Familiar with Agile/Kaizen development approach
-Fluent written English
-Self-starter who can take an idea/concept and build it into a finished product
-Wordpress dev experience is a plus
-Code must be clean, well commented and modular
